Rights you have as a Student

Students with reduced functional ability may be eligible for additional grants to support their education. This grant, amounting to NOK 4,572 per month or NOK 50,292, for an entire academic year, is designed for those who are unable to work alongside their studies due to the impact on their academic progress. To qualify, applicants must provide confirmation from a physician or specialist and must not engage in any salaried employment while the grant. However, voluntary or unpaid work is permitted.
